RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

DEFECTIVE AND FAULTY ITEMS:

We check every item prior to dispatch. However, were you to receive a defective or faulty item, please get in touch with us within 3 days to let us know. Just include a copy of your receipt together with a photograph, and once returned, a full refund will be made available.

We will reimburse the cost of return postage for a faulty item.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We will exchange items purchased online or in our stores, or issue a credit note, if items are returned with proof of purchase, unused and in pristine condition, within 14 Days of Purchase, except for the following:

1. We do not offer returns or exchanges for FURNITURE or ART.
2. We do not offer returns or exchanges for items bought on SALE.
3. For hygiene reasons, EARRINGS cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.

Please choose carefully.

JEWELLERY:

We know that sometimes it is difficult but please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds due to change of mind.

Necklaces, rings, brooches and bracelets may be exchanged for a store credit or exchanged for another item of the same value if they are returned to us within 2 weeks.

Due to hygiene concerns, unless faulty or defective, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings. No exceptions.

The cost of return postage to us is your responsibility.

Please let us know within 3 days of receipt that you require an exchange or credit.

Please ensure that the items are returned unworn with labels intact and in original packaging.

Postage of $15 will be added to the cost of sending the replacement item to you.

Please note we will only send the new item once the other item is received in good condition.

WARRANTIES:

Feel confident when purchasing Mariana and Ayala Bar jewellery. Both designers offer lifetime warranties for manufacturing defects. Please allow 12 weeks for repair as the items need to be returned to Israel for processing.
