Returns Policy

Defective and faulty items:

We check every item prior to dispatch. However, were you to received a defective or faulty item, please be in touch with us within 3 days to let us know. Just include a copy of your receipt together with a photograph, and once returned, a full refund will be made available.

We will pay for the cost of the returned faulty item.

Returns due to change of heart:

Jewellery:

We know that sometimes it is difficult but please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds due to an unsuitable selection.

Necklaces, rings, brooches and bracelets may be exchanged for a store credit or exchanged for another item of the same value.

Just bear in mind that the cost of return postage to us is your responsibility.

Please let us know within 3 days of receipt that you require an exchange or credit. Ensure that the items are returned unworn with labels in tact and in original packaging. Postage of $15 will be added to the cost of sending the replacement item to you.

Due to hygiene concerns, unless faulty or defective, we are unable to refund or exchange earrings. No exceptions.

Garments:

We understand that it is difficult to purchase clothing online.

We are willing to refund the cost of the garment less merchant fees on the condition that a pre-arranged potential return is organised prior to purchase and subject to fitting.  Speak to our friendly staff on 07-54745871 (9-5, seven days a week) regarding suitable sizing and selections.

Should an exchange, credit or refund be required, the garment must be returned clean, unworn, in its original packaging with labels intact and dispatched back to us within 3 days of receipt. Please remember that the cost of the return postage is your responsibility.

Don’t forget to pop in your bank account details if a refund is required. Refunds will be made within 48 hours of us receiving the returned garment and a copy of the deposit receipt will be emailed through.

Warranties:

Feel confident when purchasing Mariana and Ayala Bar jewellery. Both designers offer lifetime warranties for manufacturing defects. Please allow 8-10 weeks for repair as the items need to be returned to Israel for processing.
